Flagler offers a wide range of activities for fun. We have many places, including a nine-hole golf course and an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool, that entertain people of all ages!
Flagler Recreation Department
Flagler's Recreation Department sponsors various summer activities including youth baseball, co-ed softball, 4 on 4 league volleyball, and a indoor swimming pool. For more information about the various activities held throughout the summer, please contact Town Hall.
Built in 1931, the Flagler Theatre gives locals the ability to watch movies during the summer without having to travel to larger communities. Its art murals add to the historical value of the building. Showtimes are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, beginning the first weekend in June and closing the last weekend in August. Admission is $3 for children and $4.50 for adults (18 and older).
Indoor Swimming Pool
Flagler's indoor pool is located at the school. It is 25 yards long, and is open to the public May through August. The pool offers water aerobics, private lessons, therapy, and open swimming. It can also be booked for private parties.
Lavington Park was made possible by funding by the Flagler Lions Club and offers a shaded picnic area.
Flagler Town Park
Flagler Town Park offers new playground equipment, a sheltered picnic area, and three historical monuments.
